We go through your fit out drawings or requirements to scope the electrical work, identify any issues early and give you a clear, all in quote before work starts.
INSTALL TO THE PLAN
We work around your builder's schedule to minimise downtime. Lighting, power, data and any specialist circuits are installed cleanly and to spec.
TEST, CERTIFY & HANDOVER
All circuits are tested and a Certificate of Electrical Safety issued. We're available after handover if any adjustments are needed as the space is fitted out.
COMMERCIAL FIT OUT ELECTRICAL WORK
Commercial work carries obligations residential does not, and the timeline usually has to fit around a trading business or a landlord handover date. A tenancy fit out covers power, lighting, data, emergency lighting and often three phase for equipment, and it has to be certified and documented properly because somebody else will inspect it.
THREE PHASE AND EQUIPMENT
Commercial kitchens, workshops and larger air conditioning plant often need three phase supply and correctly sized final subcircuits. Establishing what the tenancy actually has available before the equipment is ordered avoids a very expensive surprise.
EMERGENCY AND EXIT LIGHTING
Exit signs and emergency lighting are required, and under AS 2293 they need six monthly testing with the results logged. Installing them is a small part of the obligation. Knowing the testing regime exists is the part most tenants are unaware of.
RCD REQUIREMENTS
Commercial installations require residual current protection on final subcircuits, and older tenancies frequently do not have it. A fit out is when that gets brought up to standard, because the alternative is inheriting somebody else's non compliance.
WORKING AROUND TRADING HOURS
Isolating power in a working shop or office is disruptive, so the noisy and dead power stages get scheduled outside trading where they can. Tell us the constraints early and the program can be built around them.
